Nicole K. Fishkin has always had a passion for the law, and has worked in the legal field since the age of fifteen. She received a B.A. Degree with highest honors from DePaul University, received a J.D. Degree from the John Marshall Law School, and was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2010.

As a law student, Nicole K. Fishkin had a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Jesse Reyes, of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Additionally, she had an externship at the U.S. Trustee’s Office, Department of Justice, working directly with attorneys and judges under her 711 license.

Her areas of practice include Bankruptcy, Creditors’ and Debtors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation and Business Law.
