An Associate Attorney of Ottenheimer Teplinsky Rosenbloom, LLC, Ms. Hays' practice includes the handling of complex and multiparty litigation involving complex contractual disputes, insurance coverage issues, commercial disputes, construction issues, breach of contract actions, and other areas of commercial and civil litigation. Ms. Hays also has experience handling matters through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Ms. Hays received her B. A. magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago and her J. D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the nation's oldest and most widely known academic honor.

Ms. Hays is a member of the Illinois State Bar and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Hays is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association.
